I believe hobbies are a vital part of a happy life! Without them we find ourselves bored and we usually end up doing no good when we are bored.
Hobbies keep our minds active and our bodies active and can give us a sense of community!

Do you often feel bored? Unfulfilled? Constantly doing things you regret, but the reason you did them in the first place was because you were bored? Do you have a hard time meeting new people?
Having hobbies can be the answer to all of these!
I believe having plenty of hobbies is vital to a happy life. Some of the happiest people I know have their entire free time built up with hobbies to do. Golf, instruments, running, rock climbing, basketball, pickleball, working on cars or bikes, cooking, fishing, etc. I could go on and on because there are multiple hobbies for everyone.
When we don’t have plenty of hobbies to get excited about, we often find ourselves bored. When we get bored, most of us either start having negative thoughts, or end up doing things we regret like binge eating or drinking.
When we fill up our time with hobbies, we stay active, we keep our mind busy, and we just feel happier. This is also a great way to make time to meet up with friends or make new ones. If you have been a subscriber for a while you know the importance of getting out with friends!
So find something that interests you and go attack it. If you find it daunting, start it with a friend or a partner and go have some fun. Hope this helps!
