How I took my testosterone from 448 ng/dl to 852 ng/dl!
Easy Steps to Skyrocket your Testosterone...
What is it and how does it work
Have you ever seen those guys that just seem to have very fit bodies, always a regulated good mood, and are always working on something big and it just seems like they have a big part of their life together?
Chances are they have high free and total testosterone and this plays a major role in this! 💪
Testosterone is a sex hormone produced in the testicles and once created, it floats in the bloodstream, targeting cells in the reproductive organs. Most of your testosterone is transported on a cell named Sex Hormone Binding Globulin or SHBG for short. It then combines to an androgen receptor where it ‘sinks’ into the cell and in turn, starts to show its effects.
Why is this stuff important?
Testosterone is one of the most important hormones for a man’s overall quality of life!
Symptoms of low testosterone: 👎
Feeling constant fatigue and grogginess
Low Sex drive (Low libido)
Symptoms of depression
Increased body fat
Loss of muscle mass and strength
Erectile Dysfunction
And many more!
Symptoms of high testosterone: 👍

High sex drive (high libido)
Increase in muscle mass and strength
Decreased body fat
Overall healthier heart, blood, and bones
Enhanced cognitive ability
Increase in drive for success
And much more!
As you can see this stuff is pretty important not just from a health standpoint, but really just for the quality of your life!

How did I raise mine from 448 ng/dl to 852 ng/dl
When I was 18 I got my blood work done because as many men are, I was curious to find out what my levels were
I got my results and was shocked to hear that a young healthy male that lifts weights and plays multiple sports and eats somewhat healthy was at 448 ng/dl
Now for all of you that don’t understand what this number means. The CDC recommends levels from 216-916 ng/dl for males 19-39. While most males would be happy and say ok perfect I’m almost right in the middle of the “healthy range”, I was not. I knew from multiple studies that being on the higher end was where I wanted to be because I wanted to experience all of the benefits for myself and wanted to grind for the highest quality of my life!
So after doing these 3 steps I’m about to share with you, at 22 I took my blood work again and I’m now sitting (naturally) at the 850 level. Now I know a lot of you all are thinking its easy for me because I’m young. While it does make it easier, it doesn’t make it impossible for men over 30, 40, or even 50! There are a million ways to increase testosterone naturally and ways to increase with help of medicine such as things like TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy)!
The 3 main steps I took to naturally raise my testosterone
Prioritized my Sleep 💤
I started to say no to things that I knew would keep me up and throw off my schedule and really emphasized the importance of the quality of sleep I got. Quick tips that really improved my sleep were a white noise machine, a really cold room, consistent bed time and wake time, nasal spray for open airways, getting outside more and no screens an hour before bed.
Cleaned up the ingredients I was eating 🍗
When I was 18 I was eating fast food pretty regularly and a lot of food that seemed healthy but chemically was terrible for my body. I was eating protein shakes, tortillas and breads, and meats and fruits that were covered in pesticides and filled with preservatives and bad ingredients like vegetable oils and soy and many more! I started to eat organic grass fed meats, organic fruit, and mainly only ate foods that had minimal ingredients in them. I recommend looking at the ingredient list on items you eat. If it has more than 10 ingredients or any chemicals you can’t pronounce in it, you probably shouldn’t eat it!
Got outside in the sun and moved around 🏃♂️
This may seem simple but I promise it plays a huge role in testosterone production. I just prioritized getting at least an hour outside everyday and making sure I got at least 30 mins of movement (outside of weightlifting) a day. For all of those who have a constrictive job and “don’t have time” there are multiple ways to do this. Start taking calls while walking outside, eat lunch outside, schedule a time every week for you and your friends to play an active game of basketball, pickleball, go on a run, or whatever you like to do.
We make time for the things we want and if you want a better life, you will find a way to make time and prioritize these things in your life!
